We design, fabricate, inspect and ship prefab homes and steel buildings from one site near Weifang — so the engineer who draws your unit is in the same building as the line that builds it.
Who we are
Built for export from day one
Quality Prefab House grew out of a steel-structure workshop into a full prefab manufacturer, selling almost entirely to overseas buyers. That shaped how we work: drawings and certificates in your standard, packing built around container economics, and English-speaking engineers who stay reachable through assembly.
We are not a trading company reselling someone else's units. Engineering, steel fabrication, panel assembly, quality control and export documentation all sit under one roof, which is how we keep both the price and the detail under control.
